Living Naturally
Lately are often in the woods. In fact, the well-being that gives me the contact with nature is a constant always. Unfortunately, we live in difficult times that force us to change our habits. Not semPre fact walking alone is recommended. For this, on some occasions, I had to give up routes that attracted me to their atmospheres.
Have you ever tried to walk in the evening among the trees? I have begun to do this with a group of people since practicing Nordic Walking, a sport born in Finland. A technique of walking done with the aid of sticks that, giving greater thrust to step, can stimulate more than 80% of our muscles.
The nice thing is that you can practice anywhere and in any season, creating aggregation between people, and allowing them the knowledge of the territories. A complete movement that is good for both the body and mind, that can be done well in the mountains, parks, sulle spiagge, or in the city, to know the beauty and history.
Il Nordic Walking…
- Improves circulation and cardiovascular disorders.
- Relaxes reducing stress.
- Improves posture.
- Strengthens the immune system.
- Helps you lose weight.
- Does not provide for any age limit.
- Through the use of poles helps to walk less tiring joints.
I must give credit to the Finns for inventing, in addition to this sport, also dry sauna. Two practices that I love very much to the well-being and energy that I transmit.
About, us as we walk the Nordic Walking discover shelters, farms, and we make great snacks with handicrafts. 😉
